This design won the Best Carpet Of The Year Award when I acquired it a few years ago. 100% natural dyes, wool and silk on a silk base. Signed by the artist along with the original reference number woven into it. The proportions are unique. It replicates a water fountain or pond, lined with turquoise ceramic tiles that have cracked over 500 years. It's a remarkably realistic effort in the highest quality.

His knowledge of antique oriental rugs and textiles, including many fine offerings from the Levant, is unsurpassed. We have been loyal customers for over five years and have visited his Beirut premises.
